Digitalisation has profoundly changed the hotel industry in every aspect, both operational and strategic.
While this trend had already been apparent for several years, the Covid-19 health crisis greatly intensified the phenomenon. Indeed, the long period of confinement enabled customers to develop certain online habits that are still relevant today.
Almost all travellers now use the internet to plan their holidays, and the vast majority book their accommodation online via online booking platforms or directly on service providers' websites.
For us, maintaining a high-quality digital presence is therefore an essential part of our development, enabling us to innovate, reinvent ourselves, stay at the heart of trends and adapt to the new habits of our customers.
This project of redesigning our websites is accompanied by a number of new features:
1. 3 website templates:
We have chosen 3 different website models: one for the websites of our regional hotels, one for the websites of our Paris hotels, and one for our portal site. Each model has been tailor-made to fully reflect our brand image and to meet the needs of our customers.
2. A new design:
The new sites all have a modern, functional and uncluttered design that reflects the elegance and refinement of our establishments. Every detail has been carefully thought out to provide a user-friendly and ergonomic experience.
3. A better user experience:
All our websites have been redesigned to facilitate access to information, improve navigation and simplify the booking process.
4. An interactive map on each site:
We have created a unique and personalised interactive map on each of our sites to highlight the must-do activities around our hotels.
5. A dynamic calendar on the hotel sites:
It is now possible to select the dates of your stay directly on the home page of the sites and view the associated rates.
6. A booking system on the portal site:
As on all our hotel websites, you can now book your room directly from the brand's portal site thanks to a new booking system.
